Shipping in Italy and International

Di Paolo Trade S.r.l., headquartered in Italy, Via Cesare Battisti n. 80, 64020 Bellante TERAMO C.F. and P.IVA 01978750675 regularly delivers throughout Italy and offers different types of options and services, from standard shipping to flat delivery and assembly.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipment is made at street level. Carried out by express couriers such as DHL, UPS or FEDEX, delivery takes 3-5 working days. Once the shipment has started, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note that standard shipping may not be free of charge for very large orders or for smaller islands and remote areas.

In the case of bulky orders and/or particularly fragile products, and if specific installation/assembly services are required, shipment is carried out by specialised couriers with variable delivery times depending on the volume and exact destination of the goods. It normally takes 7-12 working days from the date of the order, and it may take a few more days (around 2 or 3 days) if the goods are fragile or require special care, as Di Paolo Trade will provide the most appropriate customised packaging.

Delivery to the floor and collection of packaging

Di Paolo Trade S.r.l., through Di Paolo Service, also offers an installation service. It is possible to request the additional installation service, extended to special furniture such as kitchens, wardrobes or any other product requiring assembly.

For some of these products, the customer will find all information on rates and conditions directly on the product sheet and at checkout.

How is the delivery time calculated?

Delivery times vary depending on the size of the products purchased and the destination of the order. Once the order has been placed, the average availability time for each item is indicated in the product description section.

To calculate the timeframe, the estimated days of shipping by standard or specialised courier must be added to the average availability time.

For example, a product not listed as in stock, with an availability time of 2-3 weeks, will be in our supply chain within a maximum of 3 weeks after order confirmation. Standard shipping time will be calculated from the arrival of the goods in the warehouse with delivery within 2 working days.

Products purchased in the same order are usually shipped together. However, depending on the customer's needs, separate shipments can be arranged by contacting our customer service at +39 0861 616436 or by sending an e-mail to info@dipaolotrade.it.

Where possible, products already in stock will be shipped on the same day as your order; other items will be shipped as soon as they reach our warehouse.

Delivery costs

For most products in the catalogue, standard delivery is free of charge. However, for very bulky products, we reserve the right to charge an additional cost, which will be communicated to the customer after telephone contact.

Damage during transport

We make deliveries all over the world, following the necessary packaging and handling operations to ensure optimal delivery of the products. However, damage may occur during transport, which is why we recommend checking the products very carefully after receipt.

What should I do if one or more products are damaged during transport?

Upon receipt of the order if an item has been damaged, we advise you not to accept the damaged goods or to sign the delivery note with the note "damaged/broken product" briefly describing the damage. Please inform the carrier and our Customer Service immediately of the damage in writing within 5 days of receipt by sending an e-mail to info@dipaolotrade.it . In this case, we kindly ask you to send us an e-mail with the invoice number and the following photographs

 

- one photo clearly showing the reported damage

- two photos of the original packaging, one of the inside and one of the outside.

 

Once we receive these photographs, we can send a damage report for our insurance. While we process your request, we ask that you keep the damaged product until we contact you to arrange for its collection.

Collection from our warehouse

 

A free pick-up service is also available at our warehouse. In this case, it will be up to the customer to organise the shipment, while Di Paolo Trade S.r.l. will assist him with the administrative formalities and documentation.
