Warranty and Complaints

We make sure that your online purchases are secure, using certified electronic payments, careful packaging and a comprehensive product warranty.

In fact, all items in our selection are covered by a 24-month warranty for conformity defects, and where provided by specific brands the warranty can be extended to 5-10 years.


If the product purchased is damaged due to transport or has manufacturing defects, Di Paolo Trade S.r.l. undertakes to replace the product under warranty and at no charge.

In order to make use of this right, it is necessary to: send within 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods a written communication addressed to Di Paolo Arredamenti S.a.s. by sending an e-mail to, indicating the references to the order, the damaged or defective product and the details of the defect found. Our Customer Service will contact you to arrange the replacement.





The product to be replaced must be carefully stored in the packaging in which it was delivered.

Di Paolo Arredamenti will carry out the replacement to the address indicated in the invoice as soon as possible.
